Crafting
After destemming and crushing, a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out with the skins. This is followed by gentle pressing with low yield. The free-run juice is transferred to insulated tanks for settling at a temperature below 10°C. Once clear, controlled alcoholic fermentation begins at a low temperature. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees for 8 weeks. Giró Ros is then aged in egg-shaped concrete tanks.
Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromas of white fruit (apple) and stone fruit (peach), with citrus notes. On the palate it is fresh, smooth and balanced, medium-bodied and very easy to drink.
