Crafting
After destemming, the skins undergo a brief pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature. After gentle pressing with a low yield, the must is introduced into isothermal tanks, where static settling takes place at a controlled temperature. Once the clean must is obtained, alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 13 and 15ºC. Halfway through fermentation, the Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc wine must is introduced. Giró ros with its lees in new French oak barrels until the end of fermentation.
Tasting Notes

A golden yellow white wine with greenish hues. Aromas of white fruit (peach) and exotic fruit (papaya) with a background of toasted notes from its time in the barrel. Straightforward on the palate, with a glyceric mid-palate of good volume. Long aftertaste with hints of ripe white fruit.
