INTRODUCTION
These general conditions apply to reservations for wine tasting events
processed through the website http://www.tiannanegre.com (hereinafter the "Website") and constitutes a
contract between You (hereinafter “the Client”) and:

The request and processing of reservations on this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the legal notice, the conditions of use and the privacy policy of the website, together with the conditions of the rate and the present general conditions of the contract, in their latest version. Therefore, we advise you to read these conditions before requesting or formalizing your reservation and each time you access our website, since we reserve the right to change, modify, add or eliminate part of these general conditions at any time.
LEGAL REGULATION
These general conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contract, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, as well as all applicable tourism regulations and, subsidiarily, the Civil Code and the Code of
Commerce.
CLAUSED
Reservations made through the Web are subject to the following clauses:
1. Manifestations: The Client declares:
a) Be of legal age and have full capacity to formalize the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions that are
found on the Web.
b) That the data provided when making the reservation are true and complete.
c) Confirms the requested reservation and especially the dates indicated and the number of people.
2. Access to the Web: Access to this website is the responsibility of the Client.
3. Reservation:
3.1. The reservation includes the services detailed in accordance with the rate conditions stipulated on the page from which the reservation is requested or formalized. These specific conditions, together with these general conditions, must be accepted by you before formalizing the reservation. The contract may be validly formalized in Spanish and in the other languages available on the website. In the event of a discrepancy between the translated versions of these conditions, the Spanish version will prevail.
3.2. The Client accepts that CELLER TIANNA NEGRE assumes no obligation or liability for services that it does not provide directly and in particular for any lack of veracity, incompleteness, lack of updating and/or inaccuracy of data or information on offers, prices, characteristics and any other relevant data and information about products or services from external suppliers that are advertised or may be reserved through the Web. Likewise, CELLER TIANNA NEGRE is exonerated from any liability arising from non-compliance or defective compliance by such suppliers of the obligations arising from their contractual obligations or from current regulations.
3.3. Attendees at the tasting event must be of legal age. CELLER TIENNA NEGRE is authorized to request proof of this fact before the start of the event.
3.4. Any behavior by an attendee at the event during its development that is contrary to good customs and public order or that constitutes a nuisance for the rest of the attendees (for example, bad conduct, state of health, drunkenness, behavior, etc.)
will entitle CELLER TIANNA NEGRE to cancel the reservation and request the participant to leave the event. Such cancellation will not give rise to any type of compensation or refund of amounts already paid.
3.5. Online reservations: The process of formalizing online reservations follows the following steps:

Step 2. Conditions: acceptance of the legal conditions.
Step 3. Personal data.
Step 4. Confirmation and payment. At this point you will be redirected to the payment gateway operated by REDSYS SERVICIOS DE PROCESAMIENTO, SL with registered address in Madrid, calle Francisco Sancha, number 12, and with CIF number B-85955367. Once the reservation has been made, a confirmation will be sent by email to the contact address provided by the Client.
Step 5. Billing. The next business day after payment for the reservation has been made, the corresponding invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the Client.
Unless otherwise provided in the tariff conditions, the reservation is not considered firm until payment of the stipulated price or deposit has been made.
3.6. Reservations on request: For services that can only be booked on request, unless otherwise provided in the rate conditions, the mere request for availability will not imply the contracting of the reservation, which will be subject to compliance with the requirements indicated on the page from which your request is made, as well as its effective confirmation by CELLER TIANNA NEGRE.
3.7. At each stage of the booking process, any errors entered in the data can be corrected using the “back” button on your browser. The confirmation email will also contain a summary of the booking details. If any errors are detected, users must immediately request the appropriate corrections from CELLER TIANNA NEGRE by sending an email to: info@tiannanegre.com
4. Price and payment:
4.1The conditions, price of services and accepted payment methods are those expressly determined on the page where you make the reservation.
The Client expressly authorizes CELLER TIANNA NEGRE to make the charges provided for in the rate conditions, for example, to cover possible penalties for late cancellation or no-show, accepting that the payment method details provided will be used to carry out the corresponding collections.
4.2Promotions and offers will only be valid for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
4.3. Unless otherwise specifically indicated, the prices indicated on the Website are Retail Prices, VAT included. The transaction will be carried out in EUROS, regardless of the origin of the Customer.
4.4. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, in the POS (Bank Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or recorded on any CELLER TIANNA NEGRE server.
5. Modification or cancellation of reservations: Unless otherwise specified in the rate conditions stipulated on the page from which the reservation is requested or formalized, the following cancellation conditions will apply:
Reservations for tasting events made and paid for in advance may be cancelled with the right to a refund of the amount paid after deducting cancellation fees (indicated as a percentage of the price paid) according to the following ratio:
• Cancellations with a minimum notice of up to 3 days: 0% (no cancellation fees)
• Cancellations with a minimum of 24 hours notice: 20%
• Cancellations without prior notice (“no-shows”): 100%
If the event is cancelled due to force majeure, due to a number of participants being less than required and/or due to reasons beyond the control of CELLER TIANNA NEGRE, the Client with a paid reservation will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, without any right to additional compensation.
6. Right of withdrawal: For the purposes of the provisions of article 97.1.i) RDL 1/2007, you are informed that, in accordance with the provisions of article 103 l) of the aforementioned Royal Decree Law, you do not have the right of withdrawal.
7. Nullity of clauses: If one or more of the clauses included in these general conditions were declared totally or partially null or ineffective, this will affect only said provision or that part that has been so declared, the general conditions remaining in force in all other respects, considering said provision, or the affected part thereof, as not included.
8. Acceptance: The request and formalization of the reservation necessarily imply that each and every one of the present general conditions, considered as an integral part of the reservation and completed with the conditions of the rate and the specific applicable legislation, are
expressly accepted by you.
9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction: This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, excluding its conflict of law rules. Without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers in matters of jurisdictional competence by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007,
of November 16, any controversy that may arise from the use of the Web or the services linked to it will be subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the competent Courts and Tribunals based on the domicile of CELLER TIANNA NEGRE, the Client expressly waiving its own jurisdiction if it has one.
