The Columpio is a blend of Mallorcan and foreign varieties. A fresh white wine made primarily from Prensal Blanc, complemented with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, which contribute aromatic sensations and freshness.

Manual Harvest in 12-kilogram boxes.

Elaboration

The grapes are refrigerated overnight in a cold storage room before being processed. After destemming and crushing, a pre-fermentation maceration of the skins is carried out at low temperature. The must is obtained by gentle pressing in pneumatic presses. Static settling and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging on lees for two months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting note

Pale yellow color with greenish highlights.
Aromas of white fruit (apple) and tropical fruit (pineapple and banana) with citrus notes.
The palate is fresh, smooth, and very well balanced. A very easy wine, ideal for summer.
