Elaboration

Dry elaboration of the Muscat variety, seeking the explosive aromatic expression of the variety. Destemming and short maceration to extract aromas. Pressing with low yields. Static settling and fermentation at controlled temperature. Clarified, stabilized by cold, filtered and bottled.

Tasting note

Pale yellow color with hints of new gold.
Intense varietal aroma, at the first sniff the character of Muscat is already perceived. Aromas of lychee, rose, melon.
In the mouth it has nerve, balanced with a long and persistent aftertaste marked again by the varietal character.
