From vineyards cultivated in an ecological regime of the Prensal Blanc grape, native to Mallorca. This is a dry white wine with fresh aromas of white fruit and fennel, with a light body and medium acidity and a slight bitterness. Very varietal.

Manual Harvest in 12-kilogram boxes.

Elaboration

The grapes are refrigerated overnight in a cold storage room before being processed. After destemming and crushing, a pre-fermentation maceration of the skins is carried out at low temperature. The must is obtained by gentle pressing in pneumatic presses. Static settling and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging on lees for two months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting note

Pale yellow color with greenish highlights.
Aromas of white fruit (apple) with citrus notes.
The palate is fresh, smooth, and very well balanced. A very easy wine, ideal for summer.
