The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tianna Negre is organic and has been made exclusively with olives from our estates: Es Pinaret, located in the municipality of Binissalem with about 700 Arbequina variety olives, and Son Nadal, located in the Puigpunyent area with more than 200 centennial olives.
Elaboration
The selected olives are cold-pressed to keep all their analytical and organoleptic characteristics intact. Unfiltered.
TASTING NOTE
Clear and bright with a yellowish-green hue. Very fruity and intense with hints of green almond and herbal aromas. Delicate on the palate with soft almond undertones.
