Manual grape harvest of vineyards planted on red soil in the Raiguer area of Mallorca.

Elaboration

Grape selection in the field. Gentle pressing in pneumatic presses, static settling and controlled temperature fermentation of each variety separately in stainless steel tanks. The wine remains with its fine lees before bottling.

Tasting note

Pale yellow color with greenish highlights.
Aromas of good intensity with a clear predominance of white fruit such as ripe pear and a slightly citrus background.
On the palate, it is direct, with a frank and certain amplitude. Fresh and dry finish.
