Manual grape harvest in 12-kilogram boxes

Elaboration

The grapes are destemmed and undergo a pre-fermentation maceration in cold temperatures. After 3 days, the fermentation starts at a controlled temperature with periodic pump-overs. The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting note

Deep red color with a violet rim,
On the nose it stands out for its aromas of red and black fruits with notes of red licorice.
On the palate, it has a medium acidity with an elegant mouthfeel and discreet silky tannins. Sweet and easy to drink. The aftertaste reminds us of ripe red fruits.
