Manual harvest of 100% organic vineyards in property.

Elaboration

All the grapes are cooled in a cold storage room. Destemmed and pressed in pneumatic presses. Cold settling for two days and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and a portion in 225 and 500-liter French oak barrels.

Tasting note

Yellowish straw color with new gold reflections.
On the nose it stands out for its aromatic intensity, sensation of ripe fruit, peach and floral sensation, lychee, on a background of toasted bread.
On the palate it has a correct acidity with a glyceric sensation. Long and persistent.
