Elaboration

All the harvests have been elaborated due to the marked style of this Giró rosé. After destemming, the must with its skins is introduced into new French oak barrels of 500 L, with the lid open for alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature and several daily manual punch-downs. After 15 days, it is uncovered and its aging in barrel begins.

Tasting note

Orange in color with coppery highlights. On the nose, the characteristic aromas of new oak dominate, such as vanilla with a background of dried tangerine peels. On the palate, it shows a certain tannic structure with a good intensity. Long aftertaste.
