Elaboration

After destemming, a brief pre-fermentation maceration of the skins is carried out at low temperature. After a gentle pressing with low yield, the must is introduced into isothermal tanks, where static clarification is carried out at controlled temperature. Once the clean must is obtained, alcoholic fermentation is initiated in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Halfway through fermentation, the must-wine with its lees is introduced into a 5000-liter French oak vat until the end of fermentation.

Tasting note

Straw yellow color with golden highlights.
On the nose, the characteristic aromas of the varietal predominate with the nuances of a stay in new oak barrels.
In the mouth, it shows its breadth and volume with a glyceric passage and a fresh finish thanks to a characteristic natural acidity of the harvest. Long aftertaste with a lot of character.
