The harvest is done manually and at night to avoid the heat of Mallorcan September.

Elaboration

"Made with traditional red varieties from Mallorca complemented with Syrah and Merlot. The grapes enter the cold chamber 24 hours before being processed. Some varieties are fermented separately, but there is also a co-fermentation of Manto Negro with Syrah. The wine is aged for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels."

Tasting note

Red wine with a well-covered medium-high layer of garnet color. Aroma of good intensity with floral notes (violets), black fruits, and balsamic notes on a background of new barrel toast. In the mouth, it shows a good structure with a certain volume and a perfect balance between acidity and alcohol. Long and balsamic aftertaste.
