The harvest is done manually and the grapes remain in a cold storage for 12 hours before being processed.

Elaboration

Controlled fermentation, 38-day maceration, with pump-overs, punch-downs, and rack and returns that contribute structure and complexity to the wine. A portion of Manto Negro and Syrah ferment in 5000-liter French oak vats to give the blend more fruitiness and freshness. The wine ages for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Unfiltered wine.

Tasting note

Red wine with a dark garnet color and medium-high intensity.
Aromas of black fruits (blackberries and sour cherries) with a clear predominance.
Complemented by a spicy background with notes of medium toast and toffee. On the palate, it is frank with a glyceric and voluminous passage. Mature and ample tannins that enhance the presence of black fruits. Long aftertaste with memories of fruit liqueur.
