Selection of the best plot of Manto negro for the production of rosé and Gorgollassa. Manual harvest.
The grapes rest in 12-kilo boxes overnight in the cold rooms in order to process the grapes below 10ºC. The grapes are then destemmed. A part goes into the wine press and the rest goes into a stainless steel wine tanks for a 2-hour maceration and subsequent “bleeding”. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. And subsequent aging until April in concrete egg-shaped containers and in 500-liter French oak barrels previous used for white wine.

Tianna Rosé presents itself with a very clear salmon color.

On the nose, this wine unfolds a wide and seductive aromatic palette. Notes of fruits at their ripening point, such as juicy strawberries and sweet peaches, are distinguished, complemented by refreshing citrus aromas of lemon. White flowers bring a touch of elegance and freshness, while subtle toasted and spicy notes add depth and complexity to the aromatic bouquet.

On the palate, Tianna Rosé displays a good body and a balanced acidity that makes it extremely pleasant to drink. The flavors of fresh fruits and citrus entwine harmoniously, offering a vibrant and refreshing taste experience. The persistence in the mouth is remarkable, with a long and satisfying finish that leaves a lasting impression.
