Tianna Véloblanc Organic White

Made with black grape, Manto negro, a local Mallorcan grape that is mainly found in the Raiguer area of Mallorca. The grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery in 12-kilogram boxes. The grapes are cooled in a refrigeration chamber for 12 hours. After destemming, a low-temperature bleeding is carried out. Once the free-run juice is obtained, it is introduced into isotermic tanks, where static settling takes place. The wine ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Before the alcoholic fermentation is completed, it is transferred to 1700-liter concrete eggs where it will remain on its lees for 4 months.
