Manual harvest in 12-kilo boxes.

Crafting

The grapes are refrigerated overnight in a cold chamber before being processed. After destemming and crushing, the skins undergo pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature. The must is obtained by gentle pressing in pneumatic presses. Static racking and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging on lees for two months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with greenish highlights.
Aromas of white fruit (apple) and tropical fruit (pineapple and banana) with citrus notes.
The palate is fresh, smooth and very well balanced. A very easy wine, ideal for summer.
